Orders
Orders placed through the website or WhatsApp are confirmed by our team. A contract is formed when we confirm availability, price and delivery — not merely when an order is submitted online.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes unless stated. Payment is by bank transfer, pay-on-delivery, or any other method shown at checkout and confirmed by our team.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are confirmed at order stage and depend on location and stock. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, opened heat pads, mats and topical products cannot be returned unless faulty. Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Contact us before returning anything.
